“might the spiral be

that point we seem

to search for

endlessly?”

YES!!! Which is why I always feel like I’m in such a mindfuck. Cuz have you tried staring at a spiral as if it were a point?!?! Loosen your grip. Loosen your focus. Let it all blur together, the point and the periphery. Blur, then focus. Blur, then focus. The secret to life. And listening.

Love this, Faye! And I’m watching Bridgerton, too!!!

i have so much to say in response to this but also too much to process all at once 😹🌀

and woah... i never had before, but i just pulled up images of spirals and stared into them as if they were points and woah. yeah that's quite an experiment. talk about blurred vision!! this feels like another poem's inception. and yes! blur then focus! movement and stillness. it's all in waves

also how far are you in Bridgerton? I reallllly liked this season

I’ve watched it all! I thought I loved Season 2 best, but season 3 has not disappointed at all.

WOW. Instant classic. Read it a few times and I'll be coming back for more. Massive—yet effortless—wisdom pervades this poem.

EDIT: Listened to your reading now as well. Another dimension. The way this poem invites an open and ambiguous understanding of itself is just exquisite. Some beams of light in Creation Space are more powerful than others. This one will feed my soul and my future words without a doubt. Thank you, Faye.

Wonderful to see in words what I have experienced with my eyes closed.

Powerful poem, to share it is ok to spiral 🌀

I am so glad you enjoyed it Marjorie. It lights my heart when people share that I have put words to their experiences, and to know that we have shared experiences 🩵
