Pleasure is a means to shifting the nervous system from a baseline state of depression, suffering, and collapse — to one of joy, ease, and openness. But don’t take my word for it. Feel it for yourself.
In this ~16 minute transmission you’ll be guided through a breath + embodiment practice to awaken your creative pleasure body and fill yourself with more life force.
