Ooooh, you always surprise and inspire and delight in the most wondrous ways.❤️ You make movement sound so delicious, you’re dangerously close to convincing my lazy ass self to do it.💃🏻 Love this and I’m excited for all your new offerings (even though I’m terrible at keeping up with them, sorry! But ironically, I’m spending a lot of time this summer trying to move more).

oooooh yesssss I love hearing you're trying to move more!! and this is probably the best feedback I could ever receive. Thank you! Making movement sound delicious, and teaching it in a way that helps others experience it as such, is one of my greatest goals ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ thank you thank you thank you!!!

I like how you differentiate ruminating from the naturally wandering mind- naturally wandering feels playful. I also love the term ‘soulbody’ 💜

yes!! we need more playfulness don’t we? i remember when i first started meditating and became convinced something was wrong with my wandering mind. now i see it as a way to notice the poetry of the present moment. and i already said this but, so happy to share a new word with you ♥️♥️♥️

I love handstands, they give me so much energy and feel delicious and calm afterwards (maybe the increased blood flow to the brain). Unfortunately, I had a scaphoid fracture many years ago, so my wrist flexibility is not optimal. But I hope that with continued rowing (forearm strength) and continued practice, my wrist will become more flexible over time and handstands more natural to my movement.

Exercise or Movement is definitely The Thing for transcendence and joy.

I wake up many mornings feeling depressed and tired, but as soon as I move with intensity, I feel better. I have to remember that. It's like I have to shake the wandering devil out of my mind with movement, and it always works, but I forget it so often that I'm ashamed of it.

Thanks for this.
