AWAKEN THE CREATRIX: Day 1

Welcome, wild and wondrous one,

You are here because you know the Creatrix is not something outside of you—she is the force that stirs within, waiting for your invitation to move, speak, and shape the world through your channel. This journey is not about mimicry, nor about becoming someone else’s vision of an artist, a poet, a muse. It is an initiation into your own rhythm, your own voice, your own raw and holy creative essence.

This is a space where the Creatrix weaves a tapestry of inspiration from within, so that what emerges is undeniably, unmistakably yours.

This is a devotional path. A practice of showing up, again and again, even when inspiration feels distant, even when resistance threatens to stop you in your tracks. It is a surrender to the unknown, a playful dance with chaos, a radical act of opening. There is no ‘right’ way; there is only your way. You are not here to be careful, contained, or good. You are here to be true. To unravel. To let the edges of “yourself” blur into something new. To trust that even in the moments of stillness, something is moving.

Here, you become the stand for your own creative essence. You become the guardian of your inspiration, the one who chooses over and over to trust what moves through you. You allow yourself to be radically honest, to move toward what feels alive, to speak what has never been spoken in quite the way only you can say it.

You allow yourself the grace of self-forgiveness—because creativity is not about getting it right, but about showing up in love.

This is not about what you want personally, but about what creativity—what love—wants for you. It is an opening, a surrender to something greater than your own expectations, an allowing of the unseen currents to shape you in ways your mind does not yet grasp.

Now, I invite you to commit. To the full 7-day process. Not only when it feels electric, but when it feels quiet, too. When it seems like nothing is happening. Your trust in the process is paramount. Time, as you have known it, is irrelevant. Some shifts will arrive like a thunderclap; others will stretch themselves through space, threading their way through the fabric of your life in ways you cannot yet perceive.

This is not a quick fix. It is a self-initiation into the lifelong creative journey.

Trust that every moment spent here is collapsing time, drawing you deeper into the artist you already are. She is waiting for you.

Part 1: Activation Portal: Reawakening the Creatrix

This transmission is a portal into the heart of your Creatrix. A doorway into the deep well of creative power always pulsing within you. Settle in somewhere comfortable where you’ll be undisturbed for about 15 minutes and allow my voice to guide to back into the essence of your creative heart.

Return to this transmission whenever you feel distant from your artistry, uninspired, or disconnected from your body’s wisdom.

FREEWRITING:

After listening to the transmission, set a timer for 10-15 minutes and write freely, allowing your Creatrix to speak through you. Let your pen move without censoring. Let her voice come through—wild, raw, and unfiltered, steeping in the magic of what emerges. Remember: there is no “right” or “wrong” here. There is only opening, listening, allowing.

Part 2: ANYTIME ANYWHERE CREATRIX INVITATIONS

This is a collection of micro-practices to connect your creative power whenever you feel the call. Save these to come back to.

Each of these 1–5 minute activations is a portal into your Creatrix essence. Whether you have just a moment or wish to linger, let yourself drop into one, two, or all.

Each practice is its own spell: Tune In, Turn On, Root & Receive the wisdom of the Creatrix.

1. ARRIVAL: BREATHE INTO YOUR BODY (1–2 min)

Tune In: Close your eyes.
Take a slow inhale through your nose, filling your belly, ribs, chest. Hold for a moment.
Now sigh out audibly—open mouth, fully releasing.

Do this three to five times (or more - whatever feels nourishing). Feel yourself arriving.

Turn On: Notice your body.
What’s alive?
What’s stirring beneath the surface?
No need to change anything — just witness, open, allow it to move through you.

Root & Receive: When you feel complete, place a hand on your heart. Whisper to yourself, silently or aloud:
"I am here. I am awake. I am open."

When ready, open your eyes and bring this energy with you throughout your day.

2. VOICE ACTIVATION: SOUND YOUR CREATRIX OPEN (2–3 min)

Tune In: Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Feel your belly rise and fall.

Turn On: Take a deep inhale. On your exhale, let a sound emerge. Any sound. No judgement. No making it sound “pretty” or “right.” Simply allow the organic release that sound provides.

Continue to breath, allowing the inhales to become more natural, and the exhalations of sound shapeshift with every successive round of breath.

Feel your voice rippling through your bones. Stretch your mouth wide, shake your jaw loose. Experiment. Whisper, hum, moan. Sing a nonsense melody. Let yourself sound ridiculous.

Root & Receive: As you feel complete, let the sound fade to silence.
Feel the vibrations still lingering in your body.
Take one more inhale— hold —exhale slowly and deliberately.
Place a hand on your throat and say (aloud if possible).:
"My voice is a portal. My voice is free."

3. CREATRIX CALL-IN: HANDS ON BODY, HEART OPEN (2–4 min)

Tune In: Close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
Take several rounds of breath, filling your hands with each inhale, falling away from them with each exhale.

Feel your body beneath your hands — alive, pulsing, receptive.

Turn On: Whisper to yourself:

"I call you forth, Creatrix."
"You are here. You are alive within me. I open to your wisdom"

Let the words land. Let them stir something. See her. Feel her. Become an invitation for her.

Ask her: What do you want me to know today?
Let the answer arrive—through words, sensation, images… or silence.

Root & Receive: Take a final breath, feeling her presence anchoring into your marrow.
Exhale with a soft sigh, as if fogging up a mirror. Jot down any notes or action steps that feel pertinent.

Affirm to yourself: "The creatrix moves through me freely.”

4. WOMB & HIP CIRCLES: STIRRING THE CREATIVE CAULDRON (1–5 min)

Tune In: Stand or sit comfortably.
Soften your hips, unclench your jaw. Feel your breath rising and falling.

Turn On: Begin to circle your hips in slow, liquid motions—like stirring drippy honey in a beautiful handmade bowl. Let it feel delicious.

Close your eyes. Let your breath deepen. Feel your own rhythm emerging. Allow it to shift and change as it will.

If your body wants more, let it have more.
Let your arms join. Let your hands carve through the air.
Let sound join movement.

Root & Receive: As you feel complete, slow your movement to stillness.
Feel the energy you’ve stirred pooling in your belly.

Take a slow inhale—feel the energy opening the pathways of your pelvis.
Exhale—feel ths openness rooting deep into your being.

Affirm to yourself “I am the cauldron. I am vessel of creation.”

5. ROOT & RISE: GROUND + OPEN (2–3 min)

Tune In: Either sitting or staring, press your feet (or sit bones) into the earth.
Feel yourself drop down, anchor in to the support beneath you.

Turn On:

ROOT: Press your feet down firmly. Feel the ground holding you.
RISE: Stretch your arms up, roll your shoulders back, open your chest. Feel yourself expand.

Cycle through a few times. Rooting. Rising. Rooting again.
Dropping deeper in. Opening and opening.

Notice your breath, the sensations in your body, any messages that may come through your system.
There is no need to change anything — simply notice what is here..

Root & Receive: When you feel complete, come back to stillness, hands at your sides or in your lap.
Feel the pulsing space you created between rootedness and expansion. Feel the freedom in the in-between.

Take a deep breath in.
Exhale, soft and slow.

Remind yourself:
"I am grounded. I am infinite. I am here."

6. CREATRIX ORACLE: ASK & RECEIVE (1–5 min)

Tune In: Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths to drop in.

Turn On: Ask the Creatrix for guidance.

Your question can be open, as in:
"Creatrix, what do you want to tell me today?"

Or specific, as in:
"What is the next step in this project?"

Be still. Listen.
Your answer may come as a word, a feeling, an image — or silence.

If nothing comes, trust. It may arrive later, in a song, a dream, a bird outside your window.

Root & Receive: Take one last deep inhale—feel your whole body receiving.
Exhale, soft and slow.

Affirm to yourself: “I am open to the Creatrix’s guidance. The answer is already in motion.”

7. CREATRIX SPEAKS: FREEWRITING ORACLE (5-10 min)

Tune In: Close your eyes.
Take three slow, deliberate rounds of breath, making the exhale longer than the inhale, feeling your body soften and open.

Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly, feeling yourself arrive.

Turn On: Open your journal.
Set a timer for 5–10 minutes.
At the top of your page, write “Creatrix, I am listening.” Or any other invitation that feels correct to you.

Ask:

If my Creatrix could speak freely, without fear or hesitation, what would she say?
What does she want me to remember today?
What is my next step?

Write without stopping, censoring, or second-guessing.

Let the words flow, unfiltered. Even if nonsense appears, keep writing. She speaks in riddles, whispers, and revelations. They may not make sense now, but they’ll find their place eventually.

Root & Receive: When the timer ends, pause. Read over your words.

Circle one actionable step you can take today to integrate her message into your way of being.

Place your hands on your body.
Breathe in her presence.
Exhale, affirm to yourself: "I trust what moves through me."

Close your journal, and carry the Creatrix’s direction with you throughout your day.
