well, let me introduce you to my favorite: one in which the power to shift reality is not fantasy, but is encoded within your very being.

here’s the glitch:

i was thinking too small for what i was experiencing. my lived reality didn’t map onto any preexisting templates. my perception didn’t match the “conditions” of reality. it was too strange, too expansive, too otherworldly to exist within the limits of what i’d been told life was. i was in the midst of something beyond “sex” or “self pleasure.” i was connecting with something — some conscious entity — beyond me. beyond what i could see, but which i could hear, feel, sense, understand… and summon.

crazy right? i know. and in the words of

so there’s that.

anyway, this surrender to a different plane of reality happened after a year of intentionally connecting with my sexual energy daily. ascension through descension. i’d dabbled in the past, but it was before i’d let my mind expand to hold the possibility that sex was more than sex, and that my body was far more expansive than the 3d reality consensus.

with the new beliefs integrated that i was, indeed, connecting with cosmic consciousness, being moved by eros, my whole system got on board with this new way of experiencing. not because i’m special - but because i went all in on the practice. after all, becoming the creative director of your own power is a skill. and like any skill, it requires devotion, focus, an open mind, and most of all, a true desire to learn.

when my partner (self proclaimed atheist) watched me in my element, he said he saw me channeling something, went so far as to say he “saw god” as i swirled in the bliss of eros’ dance. so i knew i wasn’t making it up. something about my consciousness had fundamentally shifted. and the only variable that had changed in my experiment was this practice of fucking myself, masterfully, artfully — making it a priority. and doing it not to orgasm aka fixate on ending the experience, but to become keenly aware of the subtle currents of energy moving through my system.

let’s time travel, to 15 years ago when I wasn’t having sex/or self pleasuring/or creating anything, but i was obsessively exercising and practicing asana, in particular anything that deeply engaged my pelvic floor, hips, belly, and spinal awareness. i was told i was anorexic, obsessive compulsive, had anxiety disorders, etc. naturally, for years afterward, with no other map, i thought i was broken, dysfunctional.

now i understand: this apparent “dysfunction” was my system’s most functional attempt at initiating the process of awakening me to eros given the rigid constraints self imposed through limiting beliefs/abusive relationships/etc.

in other words, i needed a system upgrade to experience the reality i desired (love, joy, pleasure, abundance) and that particular energy field was trying to come through me any way it could.

the reality i wanted to come into resonance with was surfacing, as best it could, beneath my conscious knowledge; all the moving and writhing and rolling and breathing i did, was not (as i believed) to get me the “perfect body” or make me more desirable to men, but to make me aware of my ability to shift my frequency through movement and breath.

breath is what this is mostly about. why? breath (prana) is the carrier/mover - the substrate of consciousness itself.

yes - consciousness is the most subtle form of matter - which means the more attuned you become to the subtle energy systems of your body, the deeper/higher access you receive to the information embedded within consciousness; you can begin to interface directly with the quantum field - to consciously explore && generate the information and experiences you resonate with on a physical, vibrational, FREQUENCY level.

and THIS is where EROTIC ALCHEMY comes into play. in your frequency.

this practice of connecting with eros is the swiftest and most effective way i know to transmute dense, stubborn, stagnant energy into literal waves of orgasmic bliss, thereby freeing your system to channel new experiences rather than repeating the experiences encoded in the stagnant energy.
