I enjoyed reading. Thank you. We practice natural family planning. No Phama involved. This taught me to always put my Goddess first in the bedroom. My partner did all the charts and temp to follow her cycles. Even taught others. I became an expert in the viscosity(the vaginal secretion becomes viscous when fertile) test to tell if she was fertile. We always wanted more during fertility. I also think both of us not using any pharmaceutical helps. I am a farmer so I Loved the connection with my work and the Land helping feed the world. Being a surfer I think you nailed it. For me the longer the for play the greater the experience is for both.
